Tera Invest’s main holdings are Jaspi Holding LLC (Dubai) and ColdestChain Ltd (Finland).
Jaspi Holding is an innovation-driven company with several major worldwide patents, particularly in the cold chain sector. ColdestChain Ltd is 75% owned by Jaspi Holding.
Coldest Chain
Coldest Chain develops cutting-edge cooling solutions for the global cold chain industry. The company is a leader in reusable solutions for last-mile deliveries to city centers, thanks to its patented passive cooling boxes. These boxes maintain precise temperatures for at least 48 hours without any cooling units in the delivery vans. A single van can be loaded with boxes at different temperatures (e.g., +1°C, +4°C, or –20°C), carrying any type of food product simultaneously. When paired with electric delivery vans, the system enables 0% emissions for urban deliveries. No other company offers this patented technology. The boxes are designed for daily washing and can be reused for 7–10 years, delivering huge cost savings compared to the current system of single-use boxes and multiple refrigerated vans with constantly running cooling units. Coldest Chain’s major launch took place in July 2024, and the company has been expanding rapidly ever since. Peter Rajalin serves as CMO of Coldest Chain Ltd.
